Our products are conveniently categorised by skin- or hair-related concerns. For example, if you are an individual suffering from hair loss, simply click on "hair loss" under the Hair category, and browse the various products available. Once you are in the products listing page, you may further filter the products by brand or by type. 

If you are still unsure of your skin/hair/health condition, fret not! She will assist you with product recommendation and any further advice you may require.

Our products generally have a shelf life of 3 years. The expiration date will be indicated on the packaging.

For clearance sales products, we will indicate the expiration date on the product page so that it will be made known to you before purchase.

As a general rule, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before starting on any products if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Order & Shipping

In general, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and packed by the next day. It will be picked up by our local courier partner the following day and delivered to you within 1 to 3 days.

No, we only provide shipping locally within Singapore.

Shipping fees are $4 per parcel per location. Free shipping is available for orders $60 and above.

In general, once you have made payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to notify you. You will also receive a notification email once we have prepared and shipped your order.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately via the Whatsapp live chat below.

However, we regret to inform you that it may not be possible to cancel or make any changes once your order has been shipped out. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Do check your items immediately upon receiving it. If your product is damaged, please contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We may ask you to take a photograph of the item as proof of damage, in order to decide on the next course of action. We will then provide you with further instructions for exchange or replacement.

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by clicking on the live Whatsapp chat button below. 

If your order has not been shipped out, we will be able to cancel and provide a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped out, we may not be able to cancel it. You may return the product within 3 days of receiving it and get a refund, minus the original shipping cost. However you may also be required to bear the return shipping cost.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund for products that have been opened and used.

With an account, you will also be able to log in and check your order history, or track your order status.

You may place an order without creating an account or logging in. 

However, you will not be able to track your order. You will also not be able to earn reward points and enjoy further discounts off future purchases.

Colorplay Insider is a lifetime membership. You will only need to register once to join!

Yes, all reward points accumulated within the year will expire by 30 June the following year. 


All points earned and accumulated within the year 2020 will expire by 30 June 2021.


Once you have registered a Colorplay Insider account, you can start to earn and accumulate reward points instantly.

There are 4 ways to earn reward points:

  • Welcome bonus: You will be rewarded with 100 points for free when you sign up for an account! This will be credited into your account within 2 working days.
  • Purchase something: Earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent in our store.
  • Birthday bonus: Get 300 points for free during your birthday month! This will be credited into your account by the first day of the month.
  • Write a review: If you like our products, leave us a review at the product page and earn 20 points for every approved review!

The points conversion is $5 = 100 points. Enjoy $5 off your order for every 100 points used. 

Points must be used in multiples of 100. For example, if you have 220 points in your account, you can choose to use it in 2 ways:

  • Use 100 points (enjoy $5 off your order). Points balance: 120.
  • Use 200 points (enjoy $10 off your order). Points balance: 20.

The balance points will continue to be accumulated in your account.

Colorplay Insider reward points are non-transferable.
